How to Create a Videography or Video Editing Services Request

At Capture Creations, requesting videography or video editing services is simple and efficient. Follow these steps to get started—please note that an active service plan is required to access these features.


Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  • Sign in to your Capture Creations account.


Step 2: Submit a Project Request

  • Click on your username at the top of the page.

  • From the drop-down menu, select “Request Project”.

  • Click “Start” and complete the request form.


Step 3: Choose Your Request Type

  • Indicate whether you need Videography or Video Editing.


Step 4: Complete your request form

1. Provide Detailed Information:

  • Include all relevant details about your project to help us better understand your vision.

  • If requesting videography, specify the filming date and outline the project’s scope in the description section.

2. Consistency is Key:

  • Use the same name and email address associated with your account for clarity.

3. Share Your Footage:

  • For video editing, include a link to your cloud storage where your footage is stored.
